What if I’ve never worked with a coach before?
Totally okay. I’ll walk you through everything, explain things in simple terms, and make sure you feel confident from the start. No need to be “fit” to begin.
Do I need a gym to train with you?
We can train at home, in the gym, or a mix of both. I’ll work with whatever setup you’ve got, even if that’s just a mat and some floor space.
How does online coaching work?
You’ll get a fully custom plan, check-ins with me, and support whenever you need it, all from your phone or laptop. Train anytime, anywhere, with expert guidance.
